COVID-19 Cancellations

We are happy to offer a full refund should government regulations ban you from traveling to our area due to COVID-19. We encourage you to book directly with us as it is difficult for us to authorise cancellations through online websites.


We understand that with everyone leading such busy lives, things can crop up and change your holiday plans!

If this happens, we ask you to contact us as soon as possible. The more notice we have, the more chance we can re rent your house.

Upon booking, we ask for a 50% deposit. For bookings cancelled four or more weeks out from your arrival date, we would be happy to offer a credit note valid for 12 months, subject to the home being re rented for the same period and rate. If we cannot re rent your home, you will forfeit your deposit. Please note that if you choose to pay the full amount upon booking, the same conditions will apply to this amount as to a deposit.

If you cancel within four weeks, do not show up for your booking or alter your stay, the total amount outstanding will be charged to your nominated credit card. We will do everything we can to re rent your house for the same period and rate. If we are able to re rent your home for a similar period and rate, a credit note for 12 months will be supplied. If not, the full amount will be forfeited.
