This house is perfect for families – with four spacious bedrooms sleeping up to nine guests, two bathrooms and plenty of light filled living areas, it’s the perfect choice for a relaxing family getaway.

The bedrooms are what you would expected in this period style home – large and light filled.

Master – Queen

Bedroom 2 – Queen + single

Bedroom 3 – Double and single (bunk)

Bedroom 4 - Single

Free Wifi is available for guests.

Central Charm also boasts a separate dining area (with TV) , kitchen with modern appliances and laundry.

Outside there is a fenced front yard where the kids can play, as well as new in ground pool. The outdoor entertaining area is shaded in Summer by a stunning 100 year old vine – the perfect setting for a BBQ dinner after a day of swimming. This home does not accept pets.

Central Charm has ample, quiet street parking and off street parking for one vehicle.

The property sleeps 9, with the option of a 10th guest on the trundle bed in the second bedroom.

Central Charm has a strict no noise, no party and no visiting guests policy. Do not enquire for this home if you think this might be you.
