A short stroll from the deck and you'll find a manicured grass area where the kids will love to kick the footy or set up the cricket stumps. This area also has its own BBQ and lighting - perfect for a night time picnic.
Elements also houses all the mod cons - modern kitchen with Nespresso, 50" TV and DVD, additional TV in the second master bedroom and a fully integrated CBUS system. Each bedroom has a split system and there is also central heating and cooling.
The long undercover carport and circular driveway will house five cars and a boat.
