This five bedroom, three bathroom home in the heart of Echuca is perfect for families and larger groups. Modern and spacious throughout, this home boasts complete river views of the Campaspe.

The home is double storey with verandas surrounding each level. Upstairs you will find the master bedroom with ensuite, two additional bedrooms, bathroom and study area.

Downstairs there are two bedrooms and another bathroom. The kids will love the separate living room at the front of the house with TV, DVD and some toys for the little ones.

The main hall opens up onto the spacious kitchen, living and meals area where you can enjoy brekky overlooking the river.

Outside there is an in ground pool, BBQ area, pizza oven and outdoor dining area.

Please note that the property does back straight onto the river (not fenced). There are often visitors to the property including ducks and geese. This home does not accept pets. The double garage onsite is currently being used by the owner and is not available at this time. There is off street parking for four cars.
