Guthrie’s Place is a spacious, inviting holiday home that you’ll never want to leave! Originally a much-loved family home, it is now being offered to holiday makers to share the experience of staying at Guthrie’s Place.
This home is perfect for families to revel in the country feel whilst still being in central Moama. Ideal for up to two families, the home has four bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The kids will love the spacious backyard. There’s plenty of room to kick the football, and during the warmer months, they’ll love the inground saltwater pool.
The large ranch style enclosed alfresco area is ideal all year round! With a built in BBQ and welcoming wood fire (BYO wood), there’s plenty of room to enjoy a glass of wine and each other’s company around the stunning red gum table.
The open plan fully equipped kitchen and dining area leads off to the bar, where you can have a drink whilst appreciating the local displayed memorabilia.
The circular driveway and access gates offer enough room for cars and a boat.

Guthrie's Place is cleaned and maintained by Echuca Holiday Homes and is presented to the highest standard. We are local and available 24/7 throughout your stay.
We'll also ensure the house is either nice and cool or toasty warm for your arrival.
