Banyandah, meaning ‘house on the water’, is the perfect way to describe this incredible holiday home. Set on a magnificent section of the Murray River, Banyandah offers holiday goers a unique, spacious and inviting retreat where they can enjoy absolute river frontage.
With exceptional access to the Murray, Banyandah boasts a spacious riverfront dining area, a convenient walkway, and a pontoon.

The home is divided over two levels. Upstairs is the main house, featuring a large, sunny deck that leads inside. With three bedrooms, and a central bathroom, this area can sleep six. The main living and dining area enjoy a sunny outlook over the river.
Downstairs, there is one bedroom and central bathroom, accommodating four. This area also has its own kitchen and living area – perfect for a second family or for the kids to enjoy their own space!
Banyandah is only available on a whole home basis. You will have exclusive access to the property.

Banyandah is cleaned and maintained by Echuca Holiday Homes and is presented to the highest standard. We are local and available 24/7 throughout your stay.
We'll also ensure the house is either nice and cool or toasty warm for your arrival.
Upon booking, we will send you some further information about your stay within the resort and their terms and conditions.
Banyandah has a two night minimum stay during most times of the year. Exclusions do apply. Upon check in, a $1500 pre authorisation is taken on your credit card as security over the property. Please contact us on 03 5480 0782 for further clarification.
