This holiday home has a prime vantage point overlooking the expansive lawn area that leads to an exceptional section of the Murray River. Whether it be water skiing, fishing or sitting by the river, the property provides an ideal retreat.
There is a user friendly concrete boat ramp for guests, as well as access to a shared pontoon. The pontoon is available for pick up/drop off, to assist with launching and returning the boat, as well as 10-minute parking only. Please note boats are to be trailered at all other times.
Perricoota Waters is an ideal option for two families – downstairs you’ll find two bedrooms with two single beds in each, as well as the second living/TV room with Smart TV.
Upstairs offers parents a relaxing, spacious area to enjoy – the kitchen and inside living look out to the spacious balcony which doubles as an alfresco dining area.
There are two queen rooms upstairs, one with an ensuite. The second bedroom shares the main bathroom which is located downstairs.
There is access to the secure garage if you wish to store bikes/scooters etc. The garage is not suitable for a boat, or car. There is parking in front of the garage, as well as ample parking in front of the large shed.

Perricoota Waters is cleaned and maintained by Echuca Holiday Homes and is presented to the highest standard. We are local and available 24/7 throughout your stay. We'll also ensure the house is either nice and cool or toasty warm for your arrival.
Perricoota Waters has a two night minimum stay during most times of the year. Exclusions do apply. Upon check in, a $1000 pre authorisation is taken on your credit card as security over the property. Please contact us on 03 5480 0782 for further clarification.
